[amsat-bb] Is AO-51 V/u oper?

Hello ALL. I have not heard any one on AO-51 V/u all week. Did I miss an
E-mail where  it is dwn for a while? I hear a lot of activity on AO-27 and
VO-52 but zip on AO-51..  Any ideas??
