[amsat-bb] Another OSCAR is heading in

Greetings,
Along with ANDE FCAL (NO-62) , HitSat (HO-59) is also heading for re-entry.
Space-Track predicts  HitSat entry on May 26, 2008.

HitSat apparently has power problems and does not respond to ground 
commands. I have only heard the CW beacon during daylight passes.  
The 1200bps AFSK beacon is silent.

CW beacon is 437.275, the 1200bps AFSK beacon is 437.425.
