[amsat-bb] Seeds FM packet decode problem

Hi

Strong FM packet signals from SEEDS II this morning, about 1045 u, but even with Mix2 in custom afsk 1100/2300, only intermittent decode, and like this  (not necessarily in that order):

anyone know the parameter settings - is it a paclen or something?  and how to get this into KISS? I am using MIXw v2 and the souncard only.

I have a WAV file recording and can replay endlessly...
