[amsat-bb] Re: SatPC32 12.8 released

The version of 12.8 for ISS (SatPC32ISS) does not start with the
QTH/Registration dialog. I can find no way to enter my Lat/Long.
I did follow the instructions for upgrading from 12.7.
Also there is no Setup menu.
Is there something I am missing?
