[amsat-bb] RS-30 receive

Just copied the last pass of the satellite RS-30. The CW signal was
very strong here in FM07. Copied LOS right down to 5 degrees. The
doppler was about 5 kc higher than expected. Looked to be about
435.317 center.  Sure wish that thing could talk. 73's << John
