Hi Frank,
Thanks for clarifying my QSL options, and sorry about the confusion on the ARISS involvement. I had assumed that his activities were driven by the contract he had with the Russian tourist thing (I forget the organization name).
Richard's flight was a major event, and all involved should be proud of what was accomplished.
