Hi Mark,
Do a Google search for WinTNC, version 1.1 or thereabouts. Nice piece of Shareware. I used it for a while with my Baycom-clone TNC, until I got a "real" one and moved (ran, screaming) to Linux. I forget which computer it was on, but your Dell should work just fine.
