Damn Mark,

      You Proudly proclaim "Some of us (indeed I suspect most of us)
 aren't so mean spirited as you"

And yet you have the nerve to start your tirade with...

"You, Domenico, are a jackass.  An embarrassment.   A black eye to the
greater ham community"

   If  that isn't a mean spirited comment I do not know what would qualify as one.

   Maybe you should back up a notch and apologize and debate the issue
on its merits rather than launching  a flat out personal attack.
   
     I have seen Domenico do many fine things and bend over backwards
to explain technical issues to others on this board, I may not always
agree with everything he says but without a doubt he is entitled to his
opinion.
