[amsat-bb] Rotor Interface Question

Is anyone using the Fox Delta ST rotor interface with WispDDE?

I'm wanting a rotor-only interface to older analog rotors and do not 
have controllable radios. I use Orbitron for tracking and it 
communicates to WispDDE.

Any other suggestions for low cost interface?  I'd like to use one that 
has position feedback but will use the WB4APR opto-triac type drivers 
for the old rotors.
