We should not do any up-linking until we have verified the Image Slant settings are "close enough" to get reasonable images.

SpaceCam1 also has a built-in SSTV Repeater, and will Save images by "Call-Sign" (if your SSTV program supports "SSID" such as CPIX).


Perhaps as a general test, we could ask ARISS for an Uplink Only day, and let SpaceCam1 run in Auto receive for a specific day. 
Then have everyone for that 24 hour period send Robot-36 images up to ISS and have the crew take a peek the next day.

A receive only day, would not cause any thermal problems.  It would also tell us how closely we have tweaked the Slant.
