Richard should now be working folks on the standard ISS uplink
frequencies of 145.20 for ITU region 1 (Europe, Africa and Russia) and
144.49 for ITU regions 2 & 3 (Everywhere else).

Both the voice and SSTV audio levels are excellent, almost studio
quality,
which means you can certainly turn down the SSTV audio a bit and still
get
good reception.

Will try and time the SSTV TX hold time on the next pass if active.

He is certainly working a lot of people, so when will the uplink be
"officially" released?
