For 2 meter up- and downlink (the normal mode for ISS), you must use the
special ISS version of SatPC32, SatPC32ISS, which puts the transceiver in
"split" mode, rather than satellite mode. You must also provide a
handshaking signal to your serial port to prevent the software from trying
to change frequencies while transmitting.
See the file SatPCISS.txt in the program folder for details.
