[amsat-bb] AO-51's Second Channel...and PSK31

Good Afternoon everyone!

I wanted to be the first to thank Drew and the AO-51 Command Team in advance
for scheduling the Second Channel for September.

It is appreciated, to say the least.

That being said, according to AMSAT.org, AO-51 has the "capability" to do
PSK31:

*Mode A/U Digital: Operational* Uplink: 28.1400 MHz PSK 31 BPS
Downlink 435.3000
MHz FM 31 BPS

Has this ever been activated?  If it is possible, how has it worked out
before?
