I'm cc'ing this email to Gunther Meisse, AMSAT's treasurer, who I'm sure can 
tell us more. Keep in mind that many of the BOD and officers do not read 
AMSAT-BB, so it's usually more productive to email the bod or officers list, 
or the individuals directly. All the leadership have an email form linked to 
their name on the webpage listing the BOD and officers.
