A closer look at that document reveals that it was written in September 
2006 and towards the end of it mention is made of the possibility of a 
second article about tweaking the standard Arrow for more gain - does 
anyone know if that article has been written/published or, for that 
matter, does anyone have any links to sites that describe Arrow 
modifications?
