[amsat-bb] Implementation of Slow Scan TV on a Weather Balloon.

Hello AMSAT Community,

I am Nathaniel Bonton, the Sensor's subsystem leader for the Balloon III
project. This is a project of the C.A.P.E  (Cajun Advanced Picosatellite
Experiment) organization located at the University of Louisiana at
Lafayette.  The Balloon III project is designing, programming and launching
of a weather balloon to be released from the Lake Charles, La weather
station. There are many different implementations such as: temperature
sensors, slow scan TV, etc.

This brings me to the purpose of this post. I would like to ask anyone if
they know of any one that was able to implement a slow scan TV on a weather
balloon and if it is even feasible.
