[amsat-bb] Phasing haness for Tonna cross yagis

This is my first posting to the bb so please be gentle with me for asking a newbie question :0)

I have two Tonna crossed yagis, a F9FT 144MHz 2x9 element and a F9FT 435 MHz 2x19 element. I am attempting to make circular polarised phasing harnesses for both yagis but have become confused by the information available on the internet and that given the Tonna instruction manuals.

The Tonna manual states that for the 144MHz antenna the "length difference", for the harness, is 10" 13/16 and for the 435MHz antenna it is 116" 7/16 for the horizontal and 115" 3/4 for the vertical. Can someone shed some light on this?
