[amsat-bb] First AO-51 Attempt

I tried to work AO-51 on the ~11:35Z pass over my qth (EM97) and heard
someone returning but didn't quiet have the hang of adjusting the
doppler on the downlink so i didn't catch it.  Anyone around that
heard who was answering my call?  I would like to thank them for
trying to answer my first AO-51 call.
