[amsat-bb] need predict client for cat frequency control.

I just got my ft-817 set up and would like to have the laptop take care of
frequency control and Doppler correction.  I'm presently using predict on
linux and osx and would like to get a client running that will drive the cat
interface.  What's available for this task and how can I set it up?
