Joe,
Maybe I'm just a little slow because I haven't had any caffeine on
this post holiday monday morning, but I don't seem to see your
scraping script linked to anywhere.  If you shoot me a link or attach
the source I'll take a look.  Predict.DB is a file that the predict
software uses to display some additional information about the
satellite you are tracking (its uplink/downlink/mode etc).  There is a
sample one provided with predict if you grab the predict source.
