Regarding the frequency, it looks like the crew misconfigured the radio. Hopefully it will be corrected.

Regarding the pass, I showed the footprint covering Florida (but not near an overhead pass). It was a 3 degree pass in Houston. Are you basing your observation on the signal strength or did your tracking program indicate you were outside the footprint? If it showed you were not in the footprint, you have a tracking program issue. If you base it on signal strength, you can easily get a 5X9+ singnal from ISS even on a lower pass due to the 5-10 watt output of the rig.

I'm a bit confused here. I'm currently receiving APRS signals from the ISS on 145.800 instead of 145.825 MHz. In addition, I've just updated my keps on Satscape and I see the ISS footprint way east of my location here in Florida. I appear to be having an overhead pass or close to it. I don't have time to really run this down. Does anyone have an explanation. Is this happening to anyone else?
