Yuri does QSL.
As a ARRL Award card checker I have processed a number of his QSL cards.
I do not have his QSL address.
He will be the ONLY opportunity to work unpopulated wet grids. On VHF
and Satellite.
As a grid chaser, work 'em and worry about the QSL confirmation later.
I am absolutely tickled that Yuri is back in range and operating.
