First, a thank you to all who responded to my request for personal 
home page storage....I will answer each when I've had an opportunity 
to try their recommendation...

Roadrunner has allowed personal home page storage of the file itself, 
and not a presentation of the file.

Since its inception I've listed the following files.....*.exe, *.zip, 
*.jpg, *.txt, etc.  The document itself and not the 
presentation...Anyone could have access to those files, read them on 
line, and/or download them if they wish.  I used ftp to do the uploading...

They've recently made a change, and I can no longer upload the file itself.

FTP is not the problem, I can upload the picture itself, but not the *.jpg.....
