Hi Jim,
You don't need to uninstall. Maybe you could just backup your personal
DATA just in case, located in :
C:\Documents and settings\ (your user)\Application Data\SatPC32
Backup everything under this directory to another location. Once
backed up, delete this directory and reinstall the software.... the
latest version 12.8.
If everything works fine after reinstall, you could bring back files
your did personal modification and tweaks, file by file, from your
previous backup. This way, not the shortest, you will find wich file
that cause you this problem.
I always back up this directory time to time.... we always do a lot of
tweaks over time......
