   SEEDS II (CO-66) is a Japanese cubesat that transmits a sstv picture and also has a digi talker that transmits a "secret code" that enables you to get a QSL card from the group that built it. Hope this helps.

Being a noobie on satellites, what is SEEDS II ? I dont see it listed in any of my keps I have. Does it have another name? Just curious..
