[amsat-bb] Update on EM96, EM98 & EM99

As I am about to start my trip it's raining in NE Ohio and the WX forecast
for WV & western VA, where these grids are located is not good.  I still
plan to be "on location" to try work  'em, but I don't relish getting my
radio and myself drenched.  So, bottom line:   The WX makes the activation
of EM96, EM98 & EM99 [scheduled per previous msgs] "iffy" today.  The
forecast for EM94 early tomorrow morning is better.  

I'll do my best!
