[amsat-bb] AO-51 S BAND REPORT

On the 1550 EDT Dec 15) pass i was able to copy from AOS TO LOS if it was not the presence of 2 deep fades one of 15 seconds (making signal 
going below my noise level) and the other near 30 seconds (making signal just above the noise level) on a +-3 minutes cycle i cannot see 
much difference from the before attitude change but it will have to be reevaluated when the sat return back to his previous attitude.
