Add them in the amateur.txt file. 

C:/Documents and Settings/ (your user name)/Application 
Data/SatPC32/Keplar/amateur.txt Edit this file and add the XW-1 keps 

XW-1

Restart your computer and files should appear. 

This info was sent to me yesterday and is right on as of today's passes. You can also use Hope-1 as the name of the satellite..
