Nigel, just my thoughts but I feel that many people just want a quick answer
rather than taking the time to dig the information out of the book/help
file. I'm not suggesting that there's anything wrong with that. Time spent
searching for configuration data procedures is time that cannot be spent
doing more useful projects.
I gave a quick (and uneducated) effort to adding XW-1 into my .SQF files
from what I read here on -bb. No success. But no problem. I'll get back to
worrying about XW-1 eventually. In the meantime I have other more pressing
things to do.
Rather than all of us reinventing the wheel each time a new satellite is
launched and operational, why not have one of the 'experts' make the
additions and make the subsequent .SQL files available to all somewhere on
the Amsat web site?
