Hi, Pete --

I, too, prefer the format you propose. However, I note that the SO-67
team found that they didn't have the time to do that for us this time.
I imagine these commissioning groups are very busy. However, in the
case of SO-67, something great happened: Luc just stepped in and
converted these raw hours to locations for us on that thread.

So I'd propose that we distribute the workload a bit and a) request of
the satellite groups only hours and days; b) have one or more of us
here on the list convert these to lists of hours, days and locations.
It would be great if someone volunteered to do this every time, but I
wonder if it might be better to just allow whoever has SatPC32 (or
whatever) up and running to do this if it isn't yet done.
