[amsat-bb] Installing/running WISP in Vista 64 bit problem

Hi,

I got this question, and not having a 64 bit OS, don't have a solid answer.
PKWARE is still around, and does have according to their web site a 64 bit
version, though it may not be freeware.  Any help I can pass on about
whether there is a way to do this, and particularly whether WISP will run at
all on a 64 bit machine?
