[amsat-bb] HO-68 Hints for SSB transponder operation

Dear all,

As reported by others, the linear transponder works fine.

Few hints that can make the difference:
- Uplink polarization (L/R/H/V) setting has LARGE influence in signal strength
  (read: HO68 is rather sensitive to polarizaton on the uplink)
- With the official freq's programmed I needed to add XIT 5.97 KHz
