Al,

A bit more information please.  Does the rig go into CAT mode when you click
on the "C?"  If not, what sort of serial port are you using?  Have you tried
the cable and port with another program?  If so, what, exactly, isn't
working?  Also, which satellite are you trying to control.

CABLE ,baud set to 57600  BOTH IN RADIO  AND PROGRAM , using COM 1. RUNNING
