[amsat-bb] SumbandilaSat launch

A brief announcement has been made on the Clydespace website saying that  the 
South African satellite SumbandilaSat will be launched from Baikonur on the  
25th of March.
 
Not sure that some of the detail is correct, but they seem positive about  
the date.
