[amsat-bb] Re: PE1RAH's transponder

We here at Near Space Sciences would be honored to test fly such a payload.

We ourselves have thought of such a payload  for all 20 years of doing 
these flights.  but never came up with a good set of boards.

As stated we have been doing this for 20 years now, and have 47 flights 
with 100% recovery rate under our belts.
