[amsat-bb] Arianespace launch 12/Feb

Hi all.
 
I see Arianespace is back in the auxilary payload launch business.
 
2 x 120kg mini sats for the "Spirale demonstration programme" are being  
launched as auxilary payloads with the 2 primary telecomms satellite.

Launch window is 10.09 to 11.04 UTC  12th Feb
