Hi,
at present on AO51 I am using my VX2e handheld attached to my 6 ele X yagi
(indoor yagi) as my homebrew CTCSS board on my FT-480r is not working
correctly. I have had really big problems with what at times seems to be
almost deliberate jamming and what sounds like a 'pip' tone being keyed
every few seconds.
Again not wanting to point fingers I find the low westerly passes far quiter
than the easterly passes which seem almost completely jammed with noise or
just what appears 'chit chat'!
regards
Gus M0IKB
