[amsat-bb] ISS X Band - 17:05z EL96

Either someone doesn't know how to use their equipment or their 
equipment is broken or it really was the most blatant attempt to 
block/jam the signal from the ISS during the most recent pass (17.05utc).

My money is on the latter although I would hope for one of the former 
excuses - either way it was a complete mess!

Many thanks to N5AFV, W5KUB and AA9LC who managed to get a workable 
signal through!
