I use DXKeeper and the rest of the DX Lab suite.

Handles satellite contacts including LOTW and eQSL perfectly.  I am not
interested in awards, but it has an extensive capability to track them.
There is a modest learning curve, but some who have tried it reported that
they had imported their file from their other logging program, fixed the
mistakes, and uploaded everything within a couple of hours.  Great support
group.  FREE

Ham Radio Deluxe has a new logbook program in late public beta.

You can find the link on the right side of the page.  I haven't done much
with the new HRD logbook, but it correctly handles satellite QSOs logged by
DXKeeper.  Also great support group.  FREE
