The presentation is by Dr Gert-Jan van Rooyen, ZS1GVR and is  dated 22nd Feb 
2009.
 
The 80kg satellite includes an AO-51 type VHF up and UHF down  repeater  as a 
secondary payload.
 
Launch may be as early as the end of March.
