[amsat-bb] VE7XDT Voice contact with ISS on U/V repeater from Vancouver, Canada at 11.03 UTC

Hi ,

Just talked to Mike from the ISS on the newly configured repeater. I  
was the only station.. 3.03 AM local time..
We had a nice chat for about 7-8 minutes at least....
Using 4 element yagi on 2M with 25W
9 element yagi for 70CM with a pre-amp.
Max elevation was 50 deg.

My feeling is that 5W will not cut it below 20 deg elevation...
