Sebastian makes a great point, and the other side of the coin is LOTW
contains all the information needed for Satellite VUCC.  One would hope it
will get added to the list soon.

If you are chasing  VUCC - LoTW currently is not configured for VUCC.

I still upload those logs however, in hope that if they ever do  
configure it for VUCC, my data is there.
