Hi Iain-

The units have a small 1/8" plug on the back that appears to be the one that 
the Hosenose folks say is the port to the interface existing internal ICOM 
interface unit. I'm thinking I don't need the UX-14 as they may already have 
it. That's what I think, but I'm a senior, so, thoughts sometimes go awry... 
away...
