Yep I was right. The operator is the problem.
HE (not she) has no idea what file needs to be loaded and where.
I edited the text file in HRD but that heems to have no effect at all.

All the new coding is good but will the old/new stuff ever get fixed?
The new sat tracker has problems but then I am just a user not a "Power 
User" so I may not know how to use it.
Lets see maybe the help file covers that. Ow there isn't one.
