[amsat-bb] PRISM seems Object J

I had only a 8 degr elevation pass first and used both TLE for analyzing the
doppler frequency.
Well, it seems my assumption was right - seems we have to change the TLE for
PRISM to OBJECT J.



22:41 UTC 
After this second pass with higher elevation (32 degr) I am sure that PRISM
is OBJECT J.
