[amsat-bb] AO-51 s-band

When AO-51 is configured for 2401.2 Mhz down FM repeater as it is currently, (Jan 26 - Feb 1)
Is this the same configuration used for 38.4 kbps digital modes on 2401.2 Mhz?

I've been trying to listen on 2401.2 but I'm not hearing any voice transmissions.
It appears that I might be seeing some packet bursts.  Is this correct?

Will someone please educate me?
