[amsat-bb] crossed yagi antenna - wanted

A good friend of mine is starting satellite activities and he is looking for a VHF and UHF crossed yagi antenna with:
 
1) circular right and circular left polarization, selectable by relay
2) no more than 4.5 meter boom lenght (obstacle)
3) available in Europe
 
Strange to say but seems difficult to find nowadays antenna like KLM 2M-14c.
 
Anybody can tell us, out of list, a store in Europe where we can buy such antenna?
