[amsat-bb] telemetry questions

I'm just starting to play with tlmecho and i try to see how reliable figures are  and if the colour reflect this level of reliability?  
There is a 5v difference between the solar cells any reported voltage and what is available to the different module in the BCR/power module 
screen?. The batteries seems to be charged (contiguous) by 8v at 764ma and adding up all the BCR voltage i found this difference of 5v.

I'm not at the I/O telemetry yet but i will try to find docs on the telemetry. One thing i'm sure the satellite is rotating... just seeing 
the solar panels Volt/Amps changes.
