Douglas,

there is still a difference for the TX A Power value to the TLMEcho software

-> Sabins shows 0.19 watts - TLMEcho shows 0.24 watts (same kiss file, some
coeff file)

Which value is correct?

and download the executable files (Willow and Sabins) and the Echo
coefficients file.  

Willow is the sound card modem and Sabins is the Echo telemetry 
decoder program.
