My aplogies, Mr. Kolakowski, to you personally and to everyone on the board. No real threats were intended. Apparently my sarcasm was not well-taken - at least not by you.

I remain open to anyone who can explain the reasons why the two issues I raised are as they are - and ask that such explanations be made off this BB.
